Do they Washington teams (wash timbers, salmon creek, who ever else) play in Oregon state cups or Washington state cup? Do they have a choice whether or not to play in the state cup they play in for league?

So really it's "stateish" cup. Maybe we should bring over some Idaho teams and invite some Northern California teams up. It can be more of a territory cup.Comment

In theory, but it's not really possible. There is a lot of overlap in the schedules. Also, most Vancouver teams have a FAR better chance in the OYSA state cup than they do in WYS state cup. It's actually making it more competitive. More teams means better competition there genius. But the problem wit it is that you can have a team from one state representing another state.
