    Timbers State Cup

What entity, OYSA or Timbers, are the Timbers State Cup checks made payable to? Same question for league, is it ran by OYSA or simply sanctioned by OYSA?

If checks are being written directly to the Timbers for league and State Cup does it make sense to have a professional sports organization taking money from youth soccer or should it be the other way around? Seems a little strange to me.

All checks made payable to OYSA...

Come on....OYSA is a public company...you can look to see for yourself.
OYSA a is not like the Opl .
Opl hides what they do....except when someone showed us that they had $675k in the bank from the backs of its families

You write the check to OYSA. They then endorse it and hand it over to the Timbers. OYSA is just a front.

Just spoke to our treasurer, checks are made out to OYSA for player cards but a separate check is made out to Timbers for league and state cup fees.

Quit trying to cover this up. Checks are made out to the Timbers for both league and State Cup.

This is just not true. You are making this up to stir the pot. I cut the checks. It goes to OYSA.

Are they calling it the 'Timbers' State Cup? They're not even pretending it's the Oregon State Cup?

You are a liar, the checks are cut to the Timbers for both league and state cup. OYSA is strictly a sanctioning body for the Timbers to run league and state cup through. Got to give it to the Timbers, they have done a good job hiding the fact that they are taking so much money from youth soccer.

Really, get over it. All participating clubs write their checks to OYSA. OYSA tgen writes a check to the Timbers to pay them as a contractor. It is no different then any other bill OYSA pays.

Obviously you want to believe different so you can imagine this huge scandalous situation. The reality is you are simply wrong.

You have no idea what you are talking about, you obviously want to help cover up the fact that the checks are written to the Timbers.

You attitude is ruining soccer for our youth in Oregon.

We need to unite, have one state cup like other states and stop all acting like high school girls (yes men, you were all called high school girls).

                              Put the kids first!
