so another league starting up, they say they are in the 4th division of us soccer but haven't been sanctioned yet. Looks like they only have 3 teams actually set up to play, the others are speculative. It is only in the state, and nobody is going to go watch this, so it is just recreational. What dates will this league run from? There isn't a lot of information on the website. There is no way they are paying these players in a league like this so there is nothing semi-pro about it. So is FC Orange County incorporated. I am no law expert, and don't pretend to be one, but I hope that you have gone through the proper steps to be selling shares in a company. I couldn't find anything on it so I was wondering if you have registered with the state. I would like to see your articles of incorp, and any bylaws for the company before I would invest anything. I think looking at this, these are areas that they want to be in. I can't believe those teams would leave the NPSL.
