Best from these states are Top Hat, CSA ECNL, Concorde ECNL and then likely Piedmont. Piedmont likely finishes second in R3E. FKK likely finishes 3-4.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
CASL ECNL not that strong. Their B team in R3 is very average.
FKK likely 5-6 in region for now but they have not played Top Hat or UFA yet. They could move up or down pending those results.
PV is around 10-12.
WFF and OC around 7-10 for now as well.Comment

Tough year PV lost two much to compete. Lost two scores and defender just not same team! Davies just doesn't belong getting hammered by everyone! Sunrise good team but over achieved for so long haven't added any new talent to get to next level. FKK Is best hope they are quality do they have enough to compete against Top Hat,UFA and Piedmont. PV lost all of their forwards...all in all 5 players total and their coach. It will be a rough year for them but I still expect them to place in the top 5. FKK is pretty strong this year. Piedmont beating them this past weekend was a surprise. All in all, R3PL is pretty even...with the exception of TopHat. They will run away with it this year.Comment
