Can we assume if you have a D1 player at age 9 your parents should take the credit ?

I say if your child is playing D1 Mens or Womens College Soccer when he or she is 9 years old, then you have a phenom on your hands and "yes" the parents should take credit for giving the little bugger such good genetics.
What college, I want to watch some of the games?

Look it is simple math if you have a D1 player at a u9 age group your parents must have done something with there kid..... No coaches or training can make that much on 1 or 2 days a week your parents must be grilling a kid has to.

Braggart dad with small penis syndrome trying to brag up his 9 year old on an anonymous board.
Ok, I will entertain you. THE PARENTS MUST BE GIFTED SOCCER TEACHERS FOR THEIR LITTLE MESSI.
Happy now?

Give me 9 athletic kids at u7, I will make them superstars by u9. And I know very little about soccer. If I am still coaching them at u11, most will be lucky to be playing high end div. 2 at that age.

U9-U11 should focus on developing and not just winning.
I've coached many U9 superstars that burn out by the time it really counts. Let the kids play.

And typically it's in that order because he usually scores three a game.
