Teenagers don’t talk like that. “He’s good” would be the most elaborate review you’d hope to get.

Then how is it that his academy is growing and he's adding more coaches if this is "fake as hell"? Obviously his academy has happy customers or it wouldn't be growing. Stop hating and do something with your life.

He has an uncanny talent for identifying each player's potential and crafting opportunities that allow them to surpass their perceived limits. Under EJ's guidance, my daughter has not only honed her technical skills but has also undergone a remarkable metamorphosis in terms of mental toughness and self-assurance.

The results speak for themselves: thanks to EJ's expert coaching, my daughter has evolved into a formidable player (from C team to ECNL team!) on the field and a more confident individual off it. His impact extends far beyond soccer, instilling values and skills that will serve her well in all aspects of life.

For any parent seeking to give their child a competitive edge and foster personal growth through sports, EJ's trainings are an invaluable investment. They don't just create better players; they shape stronger, more resilient individuals ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way."

*** with people comparing football players in a club to employees in a company? How is that relationship even close to what's happening in our clubs?

It may help, and it may not. It could be 80% because of the training, and it could be 20% because of the training. Nobody knows. If EJ and his friends are not XF coaches at the same time, nobody would be here arguing about this.

No-no-no, those are fools! They were poached! Everybody knows that coaches from efc and su who stand around doing nothing at practices and don't even love football are much better!
