And you clearly are blinded by reality as you can’t even figure out there is more then one female coach at XF.

I'd love to know who leaked the summons; it's absolutely frightening. And this abhorrent behavior has been witnessed by parents, coaches, administrators, players, etc. for years. - most have looked the other way in the spirit of winning and "being the best", and/or fear of retaliation, regardless of the damage. Players are too scared to speak up and have been conditioned to think that yelling, threatening, derogatory coaching is normal. These coaches have talked about the bodies of some very prominent female players in their club out loud. And not in the "Oh, ____ looks strong after coming back from her ACL" but rather how hot they are and more. The summons is also just the TIP OF THE ICEBERG. If you have witnessed these behaviors, I recommend you report anonymously or not here: https://uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern/ And to be fair, this happens at clubs all across the US and goes unreported. It's time to shut it down.

Thank you for sharing. These allegations are very serious. If proven in front of a court of law would require Bernie and any other coaches who touched players to be removed from XF.

There seems to be some obvious inconsistencies though:
1. Just wasn't fired. Her husband publicly yelled "Justi quits" across the room to Bernie during the XF meeting about Troy's departure.
2. If the XF environment was so hostile for 13 years, why did Justi stay this long, have her son play at the club and never before filed a complaint?
3. Filing a complaint after Justi's friend/boyfriend gets fired and after someone else got the job she wanted, seems to lower the credibility of her accusations, but that of course is for a court to decide.

Probably simply a case of the final straw. She knew things would get ugly and it would be tough to get a similar job elsewhere, plus her kid was on a team. That makes it harder. Maybe there were months going by when things are good and then another comment etc. I’m not sure this was in her face all the time. Doesn’t excuse any of it though.
