Chula Vista is not top 3 in CA. It's top 10 at best. Top 3 in California are Total FA, SD Surf and either LA United, Bay Area Surf, Strikers FC or Salinas.

Well they actually tied SD surf in state cup yesterday 2-2 so I stand by what I said. They are very good.
