So they don't allow any select teams in to the tournament because it would look bad if Select beat their premier teams. Then they bundle the ECRL teams in their their own division so the RCL teams that weren't allowed in to ECRL don't make a fools of them. What a joke. God forbid people in Redmond see they could pay Crossfire select half the money and only practice 2x a week and get better results that many of XF premiers teams. If you can't beat them hide from them Bernie. Pyramid scheme is falling apart as no one is buying in at the younger ages anymore. On girls side only 2 teams at 7v7 and 9v9 age groups and not enough showing up at tryouts to fill out the teams as they go up in size. Eastside/Pac/Seattle United don't seem to have any problems filling their younger ages 3-4 teams each . . .

I am usually the person who rails against the whole soccer system, but for this tournament perhaps it just made sense for the ECRL teams to play against each other since they are probably all the best teams.
ECNL divisions looking the same as well? Also is ECNL and ECRL really the same concept, just boys and girls split?

As for the club falling apart, you might go check the standings once in awhile.

ECLR are ECNL club B teams (or C team for XF on boys side). ECLR games are probably listed for field scheduling reasons only. They are just regular ECLR games and not part of the tournament. Probably being held at 60 Acres to collect the parking fee. There were plenty of opportuntity to beat up ECLR teams at XF Challenge.

ECRL games are not really part of magic toyota tournament. They are not isolating ECRL teams to others. It just because they use the same weekend to fit ECRL league schedule. So the teams do not need to play twice. You will see same thing happen in Winter classic next January.

Did the ECNL clubs start these wildfires to avoid the embarrassment of losing to EAL clubs? I am just asking the question.

Yes everyone is afraid of mount rainier football club and gunners.
I cant imagine any ECNL teams playing in this tournament outside of a small handful looking to get a few games in before the season. I could see some local teams working through some new players, etc.
