Nothing wrong with partaking of a little TCH before coaching a game. It could actually help in a lot of ways.

Does your boss think it's ok to come to work high?

The correct answer to that question is to be so valuable to your company that they let you do whatever you want, within reason/legal. If you consistently make your boss a lot of money, you could show up to work in a clown suit, drunk out of your mind and she will not care.

What crackpot company do you work for?

You really are high yourself if you think a school or club coach would condone consumption of any substance before supervising minors. Lawsuit city, possible loss of insurance, tarnished reputation.

It’s not a trust fund if you earn it yourself by working harder than everyone. Sorry not sorry.

If we care about beer and weed, let’s talk about all prescriptions. Should coaches be allowed to take anti depressants? Heart meds that affect their mood?

I’ll take a coach (and parents) that had an IPA at dinner or smoked a joint over someone popping Opioids 100% of the time.

Surely you understand the difference between prescription to treat medical conditions vs consumption of recreational drugs and alcohol?

Surely you understand anti depressants are mood altering. So are a lot of heart medications. People probably should not drive with either in their system. The pharmaceutical companies have powerful lobbyists so that will never be regulated.

Yeah, because comparing a coach that has a Dead Guy Ale during dinner to someone that’s popping Zoloft or Prozac is “stupid.” Get real.

Ever notice that happens often when you walk in the room? Must be a coincidence.
