    THE RUMORS ARE TRUE!
Its time to admit, everything you keep hearing about SCORE is true. Those rumors about fields, referees, and so much more If you haven't heard already, read about it here!

YES - SCORE IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR WINTER 2011

YES - SCORE (for the first time ever) IS GUARANTEEING ACCEPTANCE FOR ALL OUT OF STATE/ AREA TEAMS (over 3 hours from Tampa area) THAT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS (AND PAYMENT) BY DEC. 5. WE ARE DOING THIS TO ASSIST WITH TRAVEL PLANNING AND TIME FOR YOUR TEAM SO THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR STANDARD ROLLING ACCEPTANCE. (After Dec. 5, all team applications follow our rolling acceptance guidelines)

YES - SCORE has a new referee assignor for SCORE at the Shore. A highly respected and reputable FL assignor with years of experience. We are confident that this change result in high level referring that Score Teams demand and deserve.

YES - SCORE will continue to bring in high level referees from all over the U.S. and out of country to enhance the overall event experience for everyone involved.

YES - SCORE will post sanctioning forms, as required, for international and U.S. Teams, very soon. SCORE will also be announcing a new partnership within the Tampa area.

YES - It is true that SCORE will no longer use inadequate soccer facilities/ fields. Even if this means "a smaller, tougher, event", we will not risk preventable injuries to players just to have more fields. (Don't get us wrong, we will still be using (at min) 27 fields for 2011 - 10 are brand new!)

YES - SCORE will continue to have "winners" and combine a showcase and tournament format, allowing teams the chance of going home with trophies etc.

YES - SCORE will continue its tradition of "never canceling" an event. Like the post office.. we intend on delivering! We respect the amount of time, money, emotion and planning that goes into attending an event like SCORE. We respect that by always delivering the best competition possible and working around rain or any other delays. You came to play, you will play.

YES - SCORE maintains long term relationships with teams, college coaches and cities in order to bring you these events and are beneficial to the players and college recruiting. SCORE works year long to communicate with colleges and clubs for maximize player exposure. We started with Landon Donovan and never intend on stopping.

YES - SCORE acknowledges there are other, unrelated, events in Florida during Presidents Day weekend. That is EXACTLY why we intend on continuing our traditions of presenting the best teams and players to the best opportunities and exposure to college coach recruiting. Score is "all about soccer" and what it can do for players.

YES - We look forward to getting your team, guest player, or college coach registered NOW!
