The North Texas State Soccer Association apparently wasted thousands of dollars of the charity's money defending its errant director, David Arciniega. The member associations need to take issue with this complete waste of funds and demand to know why NTSSA does not investigate and address issues according to its by-laws. It is no mystery why US Club took over much of South Texas!
