I have some fam down in fl and it seems that those tbu bags belong to discovery players that Handsy brought to tampa from miami. never went to training and played every minute of the games. Decent players I'm told but nothing special.

Yea he illegally had multiple dps (5) on that team that never practiced and played 100%. Yet tbu attempts to harp on "developing local talent." Keep an eye on it.
