More than a thousand posts on here talk about his despicable behavior and past misdeeds and now he is given a promotion by another prominent ECNL club? So what is it - does this guy have a checkered past or are there just a bunch of nay sayers on here?

He was fired from Concorde, he was fired from Prime, and now fired from TBU. UFA will take the bait but mark my words once they see him in action he will be fired again. He is a walking safe sport nightmare. Ask yourself why would TBU fire him and show weakness if it wasn’t necessary. Harris was axed for assaulting a coach at Prime. He was let go at Concorde for similar abusive incidents. TBU made the right choice because we were all leaving if he was around much longer. Bad coach, trainer and person. Good riddance loser!

What does this say about youth soccer? Are there really that few quality Directors? Why would 4 of the top programs employ this person if he is as terrible as you say?

FP is hating that JH is leaving. They got so many good players last year because of this crazy hire. I’m sure TT will have NO say so in the next hire as she really went to bay for JH and he is gone in 1 year. She really has a talent for the interview process….
