Morgan is another story. Overvalued based on some connections she had with national organization. She has NEVER been known to be a successful coach at any level including coaching tots at FESA many years ago. She's the typical faker JFC latches onto lately.
Regardless, JFC won't be successful again, even with good coaches, until the culture changes and nosy parent board members and team parent managers are not running the place ensuring their tryhard kids and pals get over-valued with plum roster spots and playing time. TF may have been a jerk but he knew how to coach. Snowflakes could not handle the truth and pushed beyond their comfort zone.
There needs to be much more player movement between U12 baby fields and 14 with demotions to create space. A and B team players should train together with interchangeable bubble players both ways. The club should focus on encouraging and developing top athletes regardless of whether their parents are in favor or not.
Unless a new player from outside the club is a superstar, they should play for the B team at least half a year and prove themselves before they get fast pass to A team rosters just because they are shiny new player with parents open checkbook. Don't care what club/team they came from. Same goes for players that leave and come back.
This all would be a good start to turn it around. But will the Board allow it and does leadership have empowerment and the guts to run the club to be truly competitive without fake coaches who just BS while playing the reindeer games and losing a lot? And by the way, FESA is in a similar but different boat with Bubb calling the shots.
