So which of your mid, subpar, meh players will get bumped and lose playtime to make room for the Boca players who are jumping ship? Why is it Prime cant develop their own talent butneed to poach talent from elsewhere? Dangle that ECNL patch. Better plan for some fun team-building activities to account for the crowded benches, bruised egos, and loss of playtime some of those current Prime 08s will feel once the studs come in to save the day. It is competitive soccer after all, but too bad Prime cant deliver with their current roster and develop from within. Doesnt say much about the coaching. But who cares...its ECNL right.

The thing is, you can say it's just a patch and how everyone is jumping ship, but the reality is ECNL is the top girls league right now. If a girl wants to play at the top level and get top-level recruiting, she needs to be at an ECNL club. Period. Prime has been discretely building and players are taking notice. The Team Boca team plays in a non existent e64 league and Prime plays in the ECNL. Prime is in contention for championship league for ECNL while Team Boca has played 4 league games all year. Prime has a professional coach that has won at the highest levels, and Team Boca has the FAU coach. Prime has a better team than Team Boca. If Prime's coach is so great, why not develop your current roster? Prime poaches hard from the talent other clubs cultivated. Youre not contenders for Championship league as is. Your hopes of what could be are pinned to newly added players. Your draw is the league. It isnt Prime's lack of fields/field inconsistencies, lackluster player development, and lack of integrity to not poach within a season. Like your newly added teammates, all parties lack the integrity to honor the commitment to a team for the duration of the season. God forbid you miss out on college scouts in your 8th and 9th grade year. And btw, no one watched the U15 games at Jeff cup, not TBs or Prime's. Nobody cares about this age group..yet.Comment

If you don't believe that college programs are actively watching and scouting 9th and 10th grade girls at ECNL showcases, then you need more information. Go watch an ECNL showcase or have someone send you photos from a showcase. Poaching players and Prime contacting players and their families while they still play at Boca is not honorable. You forgot to addresd Prime's consistent home field predicament.
