speculation - Will Mid Atlantic ECNL Girls follow ECNL Boy's MA league structure?

ECNL Boys Mid Atlantic has Maryland teams, and it works well for a year already.
Will ECNL Girls MA following the similar structure? There is the different on the high school season, but it looks like ECNL Boys MA works out with fall/spring season separate schedule.

What is the next for the ECNL Girls MA league?

Hope they do realign. It would reduce travel significantly.

So Maryland kids have to pull double duty while va kids don't? Sounds awful. I like the girls MA just fine

How do you figure that would be the case?

          Maryland HS season is fall
          VA HS season is Spring

VA kids are solely playing ECNL right now

What makes you assume the season wouldn't be scheduled across ten months? GA has been able to juggle a ten month season with fall and spring HS seasons.

In the past ECNL did not stop for HS soccer. It was a player choice but ECNL was going to march on. It is a lot easier to juggle when travel is reduced an hour to two hours per game.

I've been involved in ECNL since it' began. This has been covered many times over. Furthermore, the question has been asked and answered many times over.

Lastely - year around club soccer doesn't make your kid better. And, the vast majority of girls would much rather take a break from club and play high school. They love it.

              The GA should be abolished.

HS soccer is trash but if a kid wants to play, that’s on them to work it out with their club.

MD teams don't play in the fall.

More showcases or more league games for girls U15 above?
Showcases would have more coaches than league games.

NO they don't. We are talking about HS age. Tell me which team plays a league game in the fall?

ECNL teams love taking your money while you play 4 months out of the year. Why would they expand to 10 months? If you want to play 10 months go to a GA team.

If ECNL realigned MD and VA clubs into its own division and went 10 months GA would be crushed in the Mid Atlantic.

Better competition, 10 months AND far less league play travel.
