Rumor has it that BRYC girls will be out of ECNL in favor of VYS.

I seriously doubt ECNL adds another NOVA club but I don't doubt the possibility of BRYC getting the boot.

I think FCV is in too deep with GA to back out after just two years and I can't imagine a club dumb enough left to merge with FCV either.

Correct and hence the mass departures from GA clubs to ECNL. Even entire clubs are moving which is actually less disruptive and better for the players and clubs.

TopHat likely wanted two teams per age group, like PDA and like they have in GA. ECNL likely said no to that.

There is no other reason for ECNL not taking TopHat back in if TopHat really wanted back in.

BRYC and VYS will partner and their ECNL teams will be called BRAVE.
Any other academy teams BRYC fields at the ECNL age levels will play in ECNL-RL.
NCSL will be the spot for Bridge teams and U10 academy.
