when you say academy, is that the team playing in GA? i thought that was the black team. also, what's keddie's reputation as a coach? (coaching style, success, temperament)

Don't know much about him but best source would be the many of the 04 and 03/02 Ukie parents. Half of their teams came from FC Bucks ECRL team (Old NPL). Don't know if he's licensed (certainly not advertised). If not licensed why pay top dollar? Not that a license guarantees anything, but when when clubs advertise "professional coaches", I would want to see the credentials before paying a dime.

I believe he's current coach of the 02-03 GAL team, some of which came from his FCB RL team. 0 wins-14 losses, Goals for:0, goals against: 79.

Tim is a general GA coach same as Don Overmier. Joe will be the head coach.

Joe Nemzer. He is the head coach at DelVal and in charge of the GA for the Ukies. He is a great coach and really cares about the kids.

Stay away - "Joe" trains way to many teams 3 or 4 at this point; misrepresents what is going on with he team, pilfer's players midseason from other clubs

Exactly! Nothing great about him - doesn’t care about developing players, only cares about how much $$$ he can get from parents. Completely misrepresents what is going on with the team.

And attendance at “optional” practice is really mandatory and will affect playing time

None of that is true. He has the girls training 3-4 nights a week as well as doing zoom scouting calls. And he didn’t make any calls to other team players. They all came to him after hearing all the good things.

Have to agree with this post. He does have 3 teams right now, but manages to make it work. Each time has it's own practice twice a week. Then there are two more practices which are for all the Academy teams, 07 and up. One is optional, but the majority of players attend. The scouting zooms are real too - most weeks. He will not reach out to players - does things by the book.
The negatives you are hearing about him are from people that decided to leave.
Would he find it easier to only have 2 teams? Yes. But he is making it work, and work well
