Despite how many people have left (which is few), all Ukies teams have gained players this past season. Look at the 05s (they gained 3 strong players) and the 04s (who gained 3+ strong players). The 2006 age group has also gained a handful of strong players over the past couple of years, so clearly something that the club is doing is working.

You have no idea what criteria GA used. It was likely right place at the right time. Regardless, it looks like a good decision on GA’s part. Ukies have one team that went undefeated in league play and another who was second. Next year with the 2010 group they are likely to have another league winner. Wouldn’t surprise me to see this club in Champions League in two years.
