What is happening to this team is called KARMA - when you make a deal with the devil (BB). This is what happens. Shame you all screwed your own kids by making their soccer experience so miserable. Reap what you sow. No one and I mean no one feels bad for anyone on this team. It’s a well deserved ending.

It’s disgusting and embarrassing it’s no wonder this team is failing. 5 D1 commits good for those girls the rest are screwed
you do realize DC was supposed to be director of girls coaching when he was at FCB? he was such **** and did nothing for any of the girls teams outside of his own team. all these "ideas" and not 1 was implemented.

To be fair to DC, the board blocked pretty much everything he wanted to do. He tried to bring in more professional standards and was shut down at every turn. DC was trying to build something different from the old boy crony network. Problem is far too many, even DC supporters, gained far too much from the insider deals to make any real change.
The only place he was left to make changes was to the 06 team. Problem there was he had to cater to the lead crony and the #Proud contingent so there were never any consequences for poor behavior

And to fair, DC was told he could finish out the season at coaches pay not at a directors pay. This is contrary to the narrative that is out there

Very few would have accepted those terms, so tough to hold that against him.
It was a political move to get rid of him, and not one based on a soccer reason, is something that no one questions or disputes.
The board wanted to move into the direction of HS coaches who can help the children of the board at both club and HS levels. The idea of building a top level soccer club is not their main priority.
The culture of the club, maybe even moreso on the 06 team than others, is toxic. This stems from the top and goes all they way through every team. The club is built around cronyism, political deals, and encourages the building of cliques to protect individual interests.
The problem is systemic at Bucks. The individuals are merely players

                  No you didn't
You were not competitive under Frock.
He just catered to the clique more

Honestly, this sounds the same across the board in youth soccer. Everything is very premeditated and political. Coaches enable the clique culture and end up catering to only a handful of players that they feel fit their needs. Just read any of the threads on this page about the different teams and you’ll realize it’s everywhere. There is 0 self awareness or accountability with coaches. Always blame placed on everyone else. There’s 0 respect given and that’s why they get no respect in return.

so who has oversight of the board and how are changes made? do they just stay on until they dont feel like being on it or their kids graduate?

One big reason for this is how the system rewards coaches. Bring a large following with you to another club and you will probably get a raise when you jump. Clubs recruit coaches who have a following and complain when their coaches jump ship for the next best thing down the block. Same **** different color uniform

Wow are you stupid. Can't win an argument with a fool, so you win I guess. I suppose two wrongs can make a right in your world.

Was it? Scores against common opponents very comparable, so 4-0 doesn’t make much sense
