What's up with the change in leadership at Haverford College?

In typical D3 fashion there's no announcement on the program's web site, but there is a listing on the NCAA's Jobs Market.

Not sure what you want but that team had 4 wins last year. Usually double digits.

Just wondering whether it's a decent enough situation to encourage a friend to apply.

It's only under the previous HC, Shane Rineer, that they consistently had years with double digit wins. Other than during his tenure the results have been pretty middling.

It's a good school academically so that has a certain draw to it. For a D3 coach it's a top conference with NESCAC and UAA. School likes to win and conference puts 4 to 5 teams into NCAA each year. It's not a high pressure win at all cost environment.
Bad parts are it's tough to get in to and not a huge endowment, so its expensive. Facilities are better than average for D3 but not stellar. It also has JHU in their conference as the perennial powerhouse, the extra covid year is going away so that will help even grad students out a bit.
It's a great opportunity for a coach to make a name for themselves without tremendous pressure.
