Look at club schedules? Pretty easy to find out a teams schedule for your age of kid and google map distances and frequency.

I think most RLs do one showcase. USYS can do more than ECNL teams or nothing- depends if they are in the PRO league and make it to Nationals..
ECRL clubs in this area don't play other clubs both home and away now. E.g. PF only play Bucks, PDA South & Maryland United once this season.

ECNL is a far superior situation for a female player. MLS Next is the top league for boys.

GA and ECNL are same level. MLS Next for boys is far superior.

            Ah, no.

            Boys: MLS Pro>MLSN>ECNL>All others

Girls: ECNL>GA>All the others including ECLR

Of course there's some overlap at the local level, but nationally that's how it plays out. Some MLSN clubs are terrible, same with some ECNL girls. Only some GA clubs can compete well against most ECNL clubs, the majority are pretty weak.

Wrong!! Just go look at the last PF showcase for head to head matchups of GA and ECNL teams. GA came out on top. Plus look at the U15 national team call ups. ECNL and GA couldn’t be more even. For every PDA there’s a FCV. For every PDA South there’s a Metro GA.

People have reading comprehension issues, nobody asked about the top level for girls let alone boys.

pick whichever is closer, has a better coach, and is cheaper if only high school team is the goal. Since most usys coaches are parents or volunteers that’s probably cheaper though.

Where do you see the scores for the PF showcase- their site never updated from the gotsoccer outage.

Sure. Just use the smallest sample size of scores/matches as proof of anything and you can say whatever you want and "prove" it. GA is not even with ECNL. You can sell it to yourself all you want but that isn't reality.

GA and ECNL should have regional champions cups to prove who’s the best of each region….. would never happen because some egos would be hurt

Why don't we just have one youth soccer umbrella. It would solve many issues.

They played over 40 games against each other. That’s a pretty good sample size. Statistically significant. Much better reality then just saying ECNL is better. Check back after Jeff Cup for more data.

Why just one tournament? Why not the whole year? Why not every age group? Pick and choose statistics will tell parents whatever they want to hear.

Just write the check and keep quiet.

If your good enough for ECNL you play ECNL. Why would egos be hurt? Isn't sports about the best teams winning/no shame in that for GA to be second fiddle.

Jeff Cup is a showcase so subbing and playing time look different than when you play a game with the aim of winning. Or, at least that's how it should be coached
