Either the hard drives crashed and they didn't have proper disaster recovery or they got hit by ransomware and they are refusing to make the payments. In either case, it may never come up and we all have to reenter everything from scratch.

I am not sure what your issue is but our soccer club uses GotSoccer for our registration. When the site is down, we are down which means kids can't register for our Spring season. Leagues have deadlines for you to submit rosters and when we can't finalize our registration, it is a huge impact on our club/membership. What about this do you not get?
