this aged quick....on PA Rush FB page, responded "girls to ECRL". First step to try to get to ECNL but surely wont help the older girls now, long term plan for girls and immediate impact for the boys. Either way no ECNL. ECRL and USYS.

It is going to be a **** show. Biggest issue is "where "training will take place for the newly formed ECNL (boys) and ECRL(girls if accepted). Training locations will be based on the makeup of teams (LVU vs Rush players). I'm not sure how this will work, and how parents will be able to decide whether or not to accept an offer, as typically rosters aren't shared with parents until acceptances are made, and rosters are locked down. I can't wait to leave.

Maybe not everything needs to be announced via a fancy social post. This will benefit girls side for both clubs regardless of league they're playing in. If that's not appreciated, then the problem is probably you.

This is a parent that knows their child won’t make the top team. The traveling part is not an issue at all. You and other parents want to say that cause again they know their child won’t make the top team. LVU is losing players to PF, PDA, and Delco. Seems like traveling isn’t an issue.

the whole travel part is dumb. Very few kids are lucky enough to have a team competing at a high level in there backyard. Most commute. Not every kid who plays at LVU or Rush lives around the corner. Some may live further from LVU and some may live closer and vice versa. If it is a 3 day a week practice you spend two days at the club location that dominates the rosters and one day at the alternative club site. Regardless some obvious challenges, less info makes people come to there own conclusions. Having the team compete in USYS only works for those that dont currently have teams competing at that level. Otherwise that whole commute issue for practices is an issue for teams that arent being challenged anymore then they currently are at Rush or LVU.
