No. It was always it's own event. When the DA was around they had their own brackets because of the scheduling and substitution rules.

This showcase (CASL) was around before DA existed; like Jeff Cup. Shame other leagues took away from it.

Unfortunately a lot of the colleges were at the ECNL TN or GA AZ events. Leave it to youth soccer to schedule events at the same time. NC event got the short end of the stick

They didn't say it was said otherwise just adding to the thread and did you miss the second sentence of the post?

What a waste of time. Lesson learned I guess. That’s why GA rules the roost, a ton of coaches apparently in Arizona.

So did my D's team. D1, D2 and D3. Pretty good turnout.

GA quickly surpassing ECNL. Arizona event was great

Stop!!! ECNL and NC events have always been around this date blame GA for scheduling at the same time - guess GA thought coaches would flock to them - except it was the assistant coaches...

Do you think assistant coaches aren't capable of picking kids? Many assistant coaches are also associate head coaches. Don't diss the assistants.
