I hear a club like Penn Fusion rotate coaches as they progress in their age groups, but does this apply to other clubs like FC Bucks or Ukies? If so, does anyone knows which coaches and ages groups are going to be rotated this coming 2022-2023 season?

Not by design -
PF doesn't rotate older age groups. Sometime not the younger ones either. It's all dependent on what the individual coach has going on. A lot of coaches don't want to stay on a team very long.Comment

Any club that promotes "development" should be rotating coaches throughout the player's life cycle. Unfortunately, many clubs don't operate this way. It's a lazy approach, and shows that not much thought is really given to development as many clubs advertise, and hang their hat on. If a particular club does not rotate coaches within a common curriculum or framework, then you really should question their vision and plan for development.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Younger age groups usually have a coach for 2 years and ECNL teams usually have a coach for 2-3 years also.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment
