Over the weekend at my sons tournament (Spirit Kick off) I had the pleasure of watching this team in action. They beat LHV on Saturday in an entertaining game, it ended 3-2 for East Coast. I searched the forum for more information on them - couldn’t find anything but I did stumble on the Coach on twitter and some podcasts as well. Seems they have a cult following on the internet. Organized and disciplined team that can pass really crisp. Great to watch!

My son was at the tournament, and we were playing right after. A pretty nasty comment in a response to my complimentary post…

There's an Instagram post showing this team reviewing professional-looking scouting reports while watching game film. 11 years old. I wish I was kidding.

OP, it's very hard to take U12 games seriously. 9v9, size 4, small field, etc etc. Absolutely not to say that some players, or even this team, won't grow into the 11v11 game, but it's very hard to judge until you get to U15+. The game turns into "real" soccer and most advantages are evened out (other than the persistent ones).
