They are just like SUSA don't mistake that, they have to be to stay afloat. If they don't steal/recruit they will be behind SUSA and SUSA inevitably will be top dogs in Long Island. In my opinion, at this point, EM is even more dangerous. Just saying!

Honestly, if your team is not ECNL level shouldnt you want your players to be trying to get to the top level?

EM does this all the time. They are known to contact the parents of the best players to get them to join EM. Nothing shady there.

Agreed. Done many EM tournaments and never had a problem. 1 Susa tournament and they would not leave my kid alone.

Whatever. Coach Gary gave us a free session at his place, and doesn't stop inviting us to his training sessions every summer at EM and indoors for winter.
