2010 B team bracket? The A 2010 teams are playing MLS Next. That is still good for them to play up and 11v11

Yes that’s seem like at good heads up move to have the 11s play up early 11v11 to get ahead of that learning curve that most kids would have at the start of the next season.

Playing 11v11 vs any level is better than playing 9v9.

Agree on this, the 12y/o's are too big for the field in a 9v9 setting. What do the European Academies do for field/player size at U12, U13?

Anyone knows how how NYCFC 2011s did in the tournament in Spain? Crazy good competition, Ajax, PSG and Real Madrid.

What tournament are they in? I think the RB's have a tournament in Belgium this weekend. What a great opportunity, do those MLS Next Academies pay for those trips? Anyone know how that works for them?

Belgium is the U13s 2010 birth year. I believe the 2011s Redbulls are going to England.

U13 is the bassevelde cup. U12 is the Optima U12 International Cup. RB pays for all of it at least for the boys. Parents have to figure out their own travel.

Do other MLS next acadamies attend these international cups?

Looks like RBs are the only American team at the Belgium event. Non-MLS clubs don't go to such events. Philly Union was at Delco Cup last weekend.
