    Coach focusing more on running and planks why if it’s a soccer club shouldn’t the player workout more on they own

    Depends, do they train 3+ days a week with 1 day dedicated to strength/agility? If they only train 2 days a week then yeah, coach should be focused more on skills/soccer IQ then fitness. If they aren't in shape at the end of the season then it isn't going to happen.

      Getting in shape should be a individual thing not During soccer practices

          Not true it all depends on what age we are talking about and you have very limited time for a team practice it shouldn’t be spent on fitness
