Looking for some feedback on the camaraderie of the players and the temperament and training intensity of the coaches for STA ECNL, TSF MLS-NEXT, and CSA MLS-NEXT or NEAL. The "rankings" are not as important as the coaching and how the players treat one another. Looking for discipline, routine, consistency among all players from the coaches from week to week.
