2014 edp futures game length

Anyone else seeing 25 minute halves this season as compared to 30 last season? Any reason why?

Game Lengths- 30 minute halves (60 min total)

Ref Fees- $35 per team

My daughter is not 2014 (2013) but is also in Futures. We have had 2x 25 minute half games and 1x 30 minute half game. I looked up the EDP rules 3 weeks ago and their site had listed 25 minute halves which was different from in the past but we didn’t complain because it clearly stated 25. It has since been changed under the rules sections and now says 30 minute halves. Here is the link to the EDP website future rules:
