Used to be the DoC at CSA Monmouth and left for greener pastures at PSA.

Was never DoC at CSA but was one of their top coaches. They lost a lot of players and even entire teams when he left. If they bring him back it would be a coaching upgrade and might bring back a lot of the quality players too, so win win for the club.

Exactly. I don’t get why these haters insist on lying about his background. He was absolutely not “run out of CSA.” He quit to take on a larger role (higher paying as well) at PSA, and took teams-worth of girls with him.

He could absolutely right the ship at CSA if he were to go back. The money would have to be right though.

Left for a reason? Will this ever end? It’s common knowledge that he is a loser who was fired. PSA has become irrelevant for their girls program since their good teams left last year. His 05 team is decent. His 07 is a joke. The fact anyone still talks about him is funny but I’m sure he likes it.

Just stop. He was cast aside by CSA, just as he was by Wall, Atlantic Club, Soccer Post & others. He brings lots of baggage but he has a cast of misfits that follow. No decent club wants to get involved with this clown. Bad news.

As if that isn’t bad enough has anyone watched him coach? All he does is yell directions! He tells them what to do the entire game. In between he jokes with the refs hoping to win them over. It’s so obvious he can’t even trust his own players to play because they aren’t good enough. If a 17 year old girl can’t play without him tell her to run or get back then there’s an issue. It is utterly embarrassing.

There is a video of him coaching 09 girls in a game two years ago floating around. it was against JA’s holmdel team. In the video you see him clear as day not know what the hell he is doing. the other team had an indirect kick because his keeper got called for a hand ball outside the box. the moron did not know that call is always an indirect kick. so because he thinks its an indirect kick he tells his girls to make a wall in front of their own keeper, leaving the opponent's players wide open so they could pass the ball off, complete the indirect kick and they scored. he looked like a moron.

Such old and boring news about DM combined with the fact that the call is completely wrong. A hand ball by any player, including a keeper, outside of the box is a direct free kick. The indirect call is an error by the referee and unfortunately it happens often. It’s a terrible example to use. Let’s move on from DM.

If you’re insinuating that it’s common knowledge that DM as fired from CSA, you are utterly clueless. Take it from someone who actually worked at the club when he left, he was absolutely not fired. He quit to go to PSA. That’s a fact. Any suggestion that he was fired is either a straight up lie, or coming from someone who has no idea what they’re talking about.

Sad indeed. Both CSA and PSA are quite subpar. DM has been gone from CSA for years now so you cannot blame him for what’s happening there now. Wall and PDA Shore are better options in the area. Especially PDA Shore excellent track record for college exposure and placement on the girls side.
