The 2022 Spring Leagues are just barely starting, but tryouts are already posted for the 2022-23 seasonal year. Don't register and just boycott all tryouts until at least June. Let the players focus on their current teams so they don't have to worry about this nonsense during the season.

The annual chase for $$ on the premise of development. If development is truly the goal for most clubs, then why have tryouts?

Tryouts are fine as that's how you fill in missing pieces and make sure your players are fighting to stay on the team year to year. The timing of tryouts is terrible though. Honestly, they should be in the beginning/mid June.

How does it work for each individual league, Shouldn’t there be a consistent tryout/transfer window? Clearly it doesn’t matter across leagues but what about intraleage?

Some have such rules, some don't. Plenty of clubs and families break them anyway.
