Jeff Cup organizers must get a kickback from ECNL, why are there so many ECNL in the top brackets and so few GA? In the 06 for example there are 5 ECNL, 2 USYS and only one GA. What do they base this on???

CSA is only in the 6th bracket which makes no sense. Poor job by Jeff Cup.

CSA would easily win the top bracket. It's definitely PDA and the ECNL keeping us down.
