They don't. I am a club manager and do all the scheduling and our coaches don't have them yet.

Preliminary league placements will be released on or around February 1st. Brackets will be updated based on the Fall Standings. At that time, teams wil have the opportunity to review placement and appeal any decision.

How does the league determine how many teams go down to a lower division? What if there are one or two second divisions?

EDP always has sent bottom two teams down and top two teams from lower division up by default. Teams can appeal the decision and EDP might change their mind depending on how each bracket looks with and without the changes.
