The MA hierarchy for top players goes likes this (ignoring geography concerns):
1. Stars Blue (ECNL Champion's league)
2. NEFC or SSS (GA Champions league)
3. Stars White or Scorpions (ECNL basement)
4. Seacoast MA for pre-GA or younger (no pathway outside Epping)
5. Dealers choice (ECRL/DPL/Impact NPL)
The top players on a NH Seacoast GA roster could easily fit on Stars White after the Stars White top players are consolidated to Stars Blue by U15. No problem.
