If you played there last year and are still waiting for an offer, that says a lot about your daughter's stature in the coach's eyes. I would strongly consider finding a better fit and change of scenery for her benefit. If you are a new hopeful to the team and are still waiting, you should now be leery about getting an offer or at least being player 20-24 on a long roster.

Seems like good advice.
What does it even mean to be player 19-24? Are they more or less practice players?
Coming from teams that roster 18
- for games that teams are looking to win, they seem to mostly play the 11 and sub 3-5 others for fairly short minutes. Then some token playing time for anyone left (if anyone after schedule conflicts and injuries).
- for games that aren't close, or maybe showcase games, more time for the subs

For instance, SM for White generally only plays 11 with a numbers 12 and 13 occasionally getting some reps. The rest sit the bench. Get put into ECRL games for playing time.
OTOH, KM for Blue rotated his players. It wasn't even, but everyone got time. Of course, JD fired him. So go figure.

Do White and Blue contracts go out around the same time? Or do Blue offers go out first and then wait to see who accepts before White offers go to the other hopefuls?
