We are still new to the club soccer scene and are curious as to how teams are decided.( My daughter will be u12) Does the top team coach "choose" first, then the second team and so on? Are the players ranked and then divided or does the coach have a say if they want a particular player who maybe didnt "score" well? Does it differ from club to club?

No. If a player was offered blue but for some reason they wanted white, they could step down to white. The same option is not available in reverse.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment
