Agree with this 100% except the part about Bolts. You’re also right about Bayside. The girls side of the club should be suspended while the league investigates all the complaints against them. There’s no way the league is not aware of what’s going on

Maybe more announcements this week will get parents excited about signing on to be in elite 64 they have to be adding more New England teams.

so we have ECNL and GA for National level
Then below Elite 64, Impact, ECNL regional
        below that NPL, DPL, EDP
        below that NEP and NESCL
        below that town
just want to make sure I know the new pyramid hierarchy

I agree with this pyramid more than the first one. My daughter plays on an EDP team. They have never lost to an ECNL regional team or the 1-2 Impact teams that they've played.

This is so wrong. How is one putting Elite 64 in the same bracket as these other leagues. For example, poster above has Elite64 listed in same tier as ECRL, when there are clubs in E64 who have ECNL and ECRL, therefore their E64 teams are their 3rd and in some cases their 4th tier teams. Below is more of an accurate assessment of the leagues.

                1.ECNL
                2.GA
                3.ECRL - DPL
                4.EDP - IMPACT - NEP NPL
                5. Elite 64 - TBD for now, however i am guessing they will fall somewhere in between 4/5.

                  2.IMPACT & ECNL Regional same
                  3.EDP - DPL -NPL
                  4. NEP -Town Competitve

                  Elite 64 - not relevant

There are clearly two teams are at the top.
Town soccer is clearly at the bottom.
NEP and NECSL are a step ahead of town soccer.
That leaves everything else at the second tier.

Go ahead and fight as much as you want over small differences in the second tier, if you must. A small number of years ago none of them existed except NPL, and life was better.

GTFOH! Town soccer does not belong anywhere on this list. Oh sure the finalists at MTOCs are all great teams, it just so happens that those top MTOC teams are made up of primarily CLUB soccer players.

Bottom of list or off list, same thing. Calm down.

Aztec was in DPL but left to form Impact NPL. The Boys teams will be playing in USYS New England Conference and girls will be staying in Impact NPL. Lower teams going to NCSL

Now teams are saying the Bolts NPL state cup team is comprised of ECNL and MLS next players. Some parents are not happy. Garbage move by Bolts just to win the state cup.
Last years state cup winning team left the bolts for nefc because of these shaninigans

You do realize that a good amount of these “clubs” in NECSL are town teams? Also you do realize there are a lot of crappy club teams at all age groups. If you have money they will make a team.
In all honesty there’s probably more than 25% of club players that should just stick to town soccer.
