New Coach replacing RL - KL now the man. KH & AS should do something for the kids that lost their coach, pracctice times, Had parents coaching games etc. Should offer 50% for next year. Keep the kids together. Juventus must Man up.

Firing a coach mid season and leaving kids out to dry is pretty bad. Not sure how you get anything back in terms of monetary value. What they should do is ensure that they have their best coach on the team and possibly offer a free tournament to the team.

Juventus West is dysfunctional. RL wasn’t the only issue there. A couple of good coaches but overall it’s a poorly run program that does very little for its athletes.

Poorly run because AS and BA wanted to leave NEFC. AS is a really bad Director very unorganized does not care about the girls side at all so this is what you get. These guys need to realize it's not about them and the kids end up suffering in the end

Really can be said about most of the clubs, not just Juventus or Juventus West for that matter.

True to an extent if the higher ups don't care this is what you get.....especially in the West and the 2 in charge out here think they are better than the system AS and BA
