Due to an administrative error at USSF you will not be receiving a registration form from the National office for your 2008 registration process. Please visit the www.nhreferee.net web site and go to the Re-Registration section and download a blank from the link shown. Please note you will need Adobe Acrobat reader to access this form. This can be filled out and brought to an in-service training session or sent to the SRA at the address shown. The appropriate registration fees are also shown for your information.
