I would like to get everyone's feedback. Tom Shields and Kelly Sims, told the STA girls GA teams on a zoom meeting. "be the best player you can be on the bench" right before a big event to motive players that they decided were not going to play to be cheerleaders and not be given an a real opportunity. The players didn't know they weren't going to play. Right or wrong?
